- single point of contact for chinese customer Great wall motors

- working on 8D reports together with production department

- regular or urgent visits at customer

- raising of quality alerts in plant in case of customer complaints

- verification of corrective actions in plant

- using and supporting quality tools (Six Sigma, 8D report)

- analysis of rejected transmissions

- identification of root cause during disassembling or road testing

- product validation (testing of transmission in vehicle)

- CANape software usage

- RIG test performing

- read out of failures from rejected transmissions via CANape

- coordination of PV testing for TT, PP builds

- tracking production issues and asset potential risk for new projects

- coordination of PSW, PPAP documentation

- dock audit coordination
