1. On site analysis of defective products at customer side, timely communication and clarification with customer for those that are not Sinotec responsibility
2. Monitoring of production line defects at customer side, focus on Sinotec scrap rate, and strive to persuade customers to accept RMRA parts and reworked parts
3. As a communication bridge, reduce formal complaints through customer SCC systems
4. Supervise the improvement of sorting efficiency, promptly close the non-essential sorting activities and save costs
5. For issues of Sinotec responsibility, arrange for third-party sorting promptly and investigate the sorting methods to ensure smooth production for customer side
6. Conduct daily&weekly inspections to promptly identify quality issues related to Sinotec parts in customer production and provide feedback to CQ
7. Maintain good relationships with customer
